(represented by Daniel Ilinca), SIMPLE ADVISERS S.R.L. (represented by Andrei Pitiș), and Gabriela Mechea, for mandates valid until April 30, 2029. According to the Board of Directors’ Decision dated April 15, 2025, DCI MANAGEMENT & INVESTMENTS S.R.L. holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, while SIMPLE ADVISERS S.R.L. holds the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, both for mandates valid until the expiration date of their mandates as Board members.
